At Eyrewoolf Abalone they are proud of the natural goodness of Australian Wild Abalone, working hard to develop a product that is as pure and natural as possible.  Additives are often used in canned abalone, to stop colour deterioration through generation of the antioxidant SO2.  Their new wild harvest abalone cans contain only abalone, water and salt, as such the pure clean abalone taste and natural colour variation shines through.

Sold as a carton of 12 cans (single can or Gift Pack of 2).  Each can contains 2 large pieces of premium wild caught abalone, with a average drain weight (DW) of 425g.  Net weight with brine is 850g per can.
