Steaming enhances tenderness and the balance of salty oceanic and umami flavours, bringing out tastes of sweet fresh oyster, umami, and green seaweed.

The wool insulation is totally compostable and biodegradable. Each abalone comes in a plant based carbon neutral vaccum pouch, designed for easy defrosting.
